Please click on the ‘Sign In’ button at the top right hand side of the page. Key in your email address, which is also your Login ID and click 'Next'. If the security image is correct, key in your password. Click ‘Login’. You will find ‘My Account’ at the top right hand corner. Every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. HLMT ensures data confidentiality and integrity information transmitted over the Internet is encrypted using the Secure Socket Layer secured 40-bit and 128-bit from Digicert Certificate Authority (Digicert Sdn Bhd). You can see the transaction is secure if you see a keylock in your web browser. We do not retain your credit card information after your payment is complete. Rather, it is submitted directly to our banks. You can rest assured that with each purchase your credit card or bank account information will be secured.

All successful transactions will receive a confirmation email that contains an Certificate number. If you have not received confirmation via email, please try subscribing for your Certificate again. Alternatively, please contact our customer service at to confirm your participation.

All payments are in Malaysian Ringgit.

All gross contribution are inclusive of stamp duty and/or taxes.
